Wheel Yoga helps to strengthen the core, increase flexibility, improve balance and stability, and deepen your backbends. In Wheel Yoga class, you will learn how to use yoga wheel to support your practice, allowing you to experience a fuller expression of each pose.
Cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will result in class credit forfeited.
