Aerial Yoga is also referred to Anti-Gravity and Flying Yoga. It combines traditional yoga poses, Pilates and dance with the use of the hammock. Yoga poses which some find difficult to do on the ground may be easier in mid-air using the hammock. Students are guided through a dynamic flow of postures to achieve psychological and physical benefits such as improving flexibility and balance, healing spinal issues, and relieving stress.
